Our Philosophy

Brad Rose Consulting, Inc., is committed to the following principles and
practices:

► No 'off-the-shelf' solutions—each project is customized to address the
client’s specific, often unique, needs.

► Build collaborative, inclusive, and respectful relationships with
everyone involved—i.e., ALL stakeholders.  Everyone has a valuable
perspective, and each stakeholder sees an important part of the whole.

► Ask good questions and be maximally curious.  Questions are the basis
for learning, and learning must be both continuous and mutual.

► Communicate candidly  and frequently with clients and stakeholders.

► Use multiple methods to answer evaluation questions.  No single
approach or methodology is capable of explaining or comprehending
everything.

► Strive to build a comprehensive understanding of what the data mean.
Facts seldom speak for themselves.

► Report findings constructively and clearly so that programs and
initiatives are strengthened, and future positive outcomes are maximized.

► Nurture clients’ capacities.  Each consulting engagement will add
significant value to the client’s organization and enhance indigenous
capabilities.

Our Approach

Brad Rose Consulting, Inc.,  brings to the practical challenges involved in
determining program effectiveness, experience-based knowledge of
organization- and program-design and a collaborative and inclusive
approach to client engagements.  Often, we work with clients from the
initial stages of program conceptualization (i.e., identification of potential
funders, specification of project goals, program logic modeling, proposal
writing, etc.) through program implementation, to the measurement of
program outcomes/impacts.  Our focus on "
developmental evaluation"
helps program managers, funders, and stakeholders to ensure
successful program design, accurately measure the results of
interventions, and make timely adjustments in order to maximize positive
program impacts.  Our  professional experience in both the for-profit and
not-for-profit sectors, together with our sensitivity to the issues of building
organizational capacity,  enables us  to assist organizations and their
leaders to expeditiously accomplish immediate program objectives and to
achieve longer-term organizational goals.  Brad Rose Consulting, Inc.,  is
strongly committed to evaluation, research, and OD strategies that
maximize organizational learning.

Brad Rose Consulting, Inc.,  utilizes both qualitative and quantitative
methodologies, and is strongly committed to evaluation and research
strategies that:

managers, staff, participants, community members, and funders

  • ensure organizational learning

  • enhance and clarify stakeholders' shared understanding of
